The Yoga House

the yoga house Surrounded by fields and trees, The Yoga House is a very beautiful place dedicated to the exploration of yoga, meditation and all that nourishes inner life. The atmosphere is cosy and intimate so that people can relax and be themselves, light and spacious enough to practice creatively. It is a place of tranquility, calmed by the sound of birdsong and the breeze in the trees.

The benefit of a weekly class is profound. There are people who have been coming to The Yoga House every week since it was established in 2001. Caroline also offers one-to-one sessions and runs days, weekends and longer retreats, including a summer yoga and camping retreat in The Yoga House field.

"The Yoga House seems to be conducive to a kind of openness, one which allows me to share all that emerges in response to the wisdom of each person who comes towards me as a yoga student."
— Caroline

"The work in The Yoga House is an alchemical experience for me. Caroline's profoundly warm welcome into the space being the crucible; her holding and precise and poetic direction the subtle ingredients. All the preconditions for a spark to be ignited and a reunion with the original body and its delights to unfold."
